Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using GeoCam. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Application.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

• Application refers to GeoCam, the software program provided by the Company.

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to GeoCam.

• Device means any device that can access the Application such as a smartphone or a digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Application.

• Subscription refers to the GeoCam Pro paid plan that unlocks premium features of the Application.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

Acceptance of Terms

By using GeoCam, You confirm that You are at least 13 years of age, that You have read and understood these Terms, and that You agree to be bound by them.

Description of the Service

GeoCam is a mobile application that adds geofencing capabilities to Blink Home Monitor smart security cameras. The Application uses Your device's location to automatically arm or disarm Your Blink camera systems based on Your proximity to a designated home area.

Key features include:

• Automatic arm/disarm: Camera systems are armed when You leave Your geofence and disarmed when You return, without requiring manual interaction.

• Geofence configuration: You can define a custom geofence location and radius via the in-app map.

• Family Geofencing (Pro): Multiple household members can participate in geofencing so that cameras are only armed when all registered members have left home, and disarmed as soon as the first member returns.

• Background operation: The Application monitors Your location in the background to detect geofence entry and exit events even when the Application is not in the foreground.

Requirements and Third-Party Accounts

To use GeoCam, You must have an active Blink Home Monitor account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Blink credentials. GeoCam connects to the Blink API on Your behalf; We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by Blink or Amazon.

Use of the Application also requires granting location permissions (including background location access) on Your device. You can revoke these permissions at any time through Your device settings, which will disable geofencing functionality.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

GeoCam Pro

Certain features of the Application are available only through a paid GeoCam Pro subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to the billing terms of that store.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription at any time through Your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for GeoCam Pro. At the end of the trial, Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless You cancel before the trial expires.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of Your next billing period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Use the Application to gain unauthorized access to Blink systems, networks, or accounts other than Your own.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or its back-end services.
• Share Your Blink credentials with unauthorized third parties through or because of the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GeoCam is not a security system. The automatic arming and disarming of Your Blink cameras depends on many factors outside Our control, including Your device's GPS accuracy, operating system background processing policies, network connectivity, and the availability of the Blink API. We do not guarantee that geofence events will always be detected or that Your cameras will always arm or disarm as expected. You should not rely solely on GeoCam for the security of Your property.

We are not responsible for any failure of the Blink service, changes to the Blink API, or any actions taken by Amazon or Blink that affect the functionality of the Application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of data, or unauthorized access to Your home or premises, arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Application, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to You for all claims arising out of or relating to the Application exceed the amount You paid for the Application or its subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without Our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from Your device and cancelling any active subscription through Your app store account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify You of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
